At CCEP, we are working to broaden our diversity not only on gender, but also in the areas of generations, cultural diversity, disability and sexual orientation. To address these gaps, we have developed a robust Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) strategy that includes recruitment, apprenticeships and graduate programmes that seek to address the gender imbalance and attract more diverse talent into all levels of our business.
