Coca-Cola Europacific Partners New Zealand recognised as one of the most attractive employers for 2023

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners New Zealand has been recognised in the 2023 Randstad Employer Brand Research as one of New Zealand’s Top 20 most attractive employers, ranking 16th overall and the top FMCG organisation in the list.

When looking at the drivers of attractiveness, the research reveals that the organisation is recognised by potential employees as an employer for its financial health (1), job security (2) and career progression (3).

Randstad New Zealand’s Country Director, Richard Kennedy comments, “It’s fantastic to see Coca-Cola Europacific Partners New Zealand recognised as one of the most attractive employers in New Zealand. Being recognised as one of the most attractive employers in our research is an outcome of the hard work and dedication of its people over many years, to build and maintain a work environment and employer brand that is clearly resonating with Kiwi jobseekers. Employer brand reputation has a hugely beneficial impact on a company’s ability to attract, engage and retain talent. The achievement of Coca-Cola Europacific Partners New Zealand in being one of Randstad’s winners this year, reinforces how a compelling reputation can help an organisation stand out in a competitive talent market.”

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners New Zealand Managing Director, Chris Litchfield says “we treat accolades and accreditations as a compass rather than the destination. Being recognised as a top employer in Randstad’s research suggests we’re on the right track in doing what’s right by our people. The key for us is to continue doing so and not rest on our laurels”.

The Randstad Employer Brand Research explores more than 4,300 New Zealand workers’ perceptions of employer brands, providing a unique understanding of employee and job seeker preferences. The research provides valuable insights into the shifting preferences and priorities of the Kiwi workforce and highlights how employers can adapt their talent attraction and retention strategies to create a more powerful and inclusive employer brand. This is not the first year Coca-Cola Europacific Partners has been recognised by Randstad, with multiple placings on the list over the recent years. However, this is a significant jump from the 28th placing in 2022.
