CCEP’s General Counsel & Company Secretary named one of the Great Britain’s top 100 lawyers
Clare Wardle, CCEP’s General Counsel & Company Secretary, has been included on this year’s ‘The Hot 100’, a prestigious annual list compiled by The Lawyer magazine which celebrates legal professionals who have completed ground-breaking work in the past year.
The accolade recognises her outstanding contribution to the recent merger process which created CCEP last year, when Clare led on the complex areas of legal risk, compliance and governance. The panel at The Lawyer commended her for also continuing to pursue her passions of diversity in the workplace and staff development. To be named to the list is a considerable achievement and reflects Clare’s dedication to the success of the entire CCEP business.
Clare, based at CCEP’s headquarters in London, has been in her current role since May 2016 and was previously Group General Counsel at Kingfisher.
